Folly Beach at Thanksgiving, through the eyes of Laurie Bruton, contributer.

Through the past seasons and more and more, many of us are holding closer the values and traditions which exemplify our lives at Thanksgiving. We feel grateful for home, a shelter to secure us; for family and friends to laugh with and who uphold us; for food shared round a table; and for the natural richness of the ocean and living and playing on a barrier island such as Folly Beach with its warm, interesting and caring people. Yes, we are thankful, that’s what our easy smiles are all about.
